This beautiful villa is an old farmhouse from 1800 completely restored and transformed by one of Siena's most famous architects. The current owners belong to a historic Sienese family. Very close to the city with all amenities at hand, but still immersed in the Tuscan countryside . Included in the property are half a hectare of vineyard , half a hectare of olive grove and an arboretum garden in which stands a beautiful oval swimming pool with a breathtaking view (12 mx 6 m depth 1.20-2.50 m). The garden around the villa is fully fenced, and the pool is accessed through a closed gate for the safety of guests and small children.

The villa is arranged on two levels. On the ground floor there is a large entrance hall, a dining room, a living room with sofas, small bathroom, kitchen equipped with oven, 1 refrigerator, dishwasher, toaster, blender, juicer and mocha; next to the kitchen there is a children's playroom, laundry room with washing machine, dryer, iron and ironing board.
